No. Teg Labs is built to sit alongside the system you already run rent and accounting through, and to answer the questions that system was never designed to answer.
Portfolios are brought in from exports of your existing system. Direct integrations with the major platforms are planned, and we will be straight with you about where a given one stands when you ask.
Your documents and extracted data are yours. Access is controlled per user and per property, so a regional manager sees their portfolio and not someone else’s.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your documents are never used to train models available to anyone outside your organisation.
Most teams start seeing answers from their own leases within the first week. Upload a representative set of documents, confirm the template fields matter to you, and review the first extractions.
Full portfolios are usually brought in over a few weeks, property by property, so your team is never waiting on a big-bang migration.
