Platform
One platform for the whole lease lifecycle
Flotrium is built as a set of connected products. Start with lease intelligence, add reporting and operations as your team is ready — the data underneath is the same.
Products
Everything in the platform
Start where the pain is. The data underneath is shared, so each product makes the next one more useful.

One rent roll, three altitudes
The same schedules read at lease, property and portfolio level, so a number an owner asks about and a number on a tenant’s invoice cannot disagree.
- Escalations and steps taken from the clause that sets them
- Scheduled increases visible ahead of their effective date
- Rolls up without anyone reconciling a spreadsheet
