Lease intelligence
Turn lease documents into searchable intelligence.
Every lease your organisation signs contains dates, obligations and money. Flotrium reads those documents and turns them into structured fields your team can search, report on and act against — with the source paragraph always one click away.

Capabilities
What Lease Intelligence does
Abstraction that shows its work
Key terms are extracted from the executed document, and each field links back to the page and paragraph it came from so review takes seconds.
Templates you define
Standard fields cover the terms everyone tracks. Custom fields cover the ones only your organisation cares about — different templates for different property types.
Dates pulled out of the page
Commencement, expiration, option windows, notice periods and rent steps become records with deadlines rather than sentences buried on page 34.
Clause-level search
Find every assignment, subletting, exclusivity or co-tenancy clause across the portfolio and compare how they are written.
Documents that stay organised
Amendments, exhibits and side letters stay attached to the lease they modify, so the current position is never assembled from memory.
Rent schedules as data
Base rent, escalations and abatements become a schedule you can chart, forecast and export — not a table you retype.
